Minimums depend on the product and supplier. Many lines are available from a single carton, and we support trial orders for new clients before scaling to bulk quantities.
Can you source products that are not listed on the website?
Yes. General trading is our core business. Share a specification, brand or sample and our sourcing team will locate a verified supplier and quote within 48 hours in most cases.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. Sourced or imported goods take 2 to 6 weeks depending on availability, and timelines are confirmed in the quotation.
Do you provide GST invoices and transit documents?
Every order is billed with a GST invoice, and e-way bills, packing lists and tracking details are shared at dispatch so you can claim input credit and track the consignment.
Do you supply to institutions and corporate offices?
Yes. We handle recurring supply contracts for offices, hospitality groups, educational institutions and contractors with scheduled deliveries and consolidated billing.
Can we visit your facility or request samples?
